Cairo - Mubasher: The vice president of African Development Bank (AFDB) said that Egypt will receive the third and final tranche of the bank’s loan in January 2018.

Khaled Sherif told reports on Tuesday that the third tranche totals $500 million, according to the Middle East News Agency (MENA).

In December 2015, The Egyptian government and the AFDB signed a $1.5 billion loan agreement, with the first and second tranches being delivered back in January 2016 and March 2017, respectively.
